Indian wedding!

Both Fatima and Salim have their roots in India, their parents and grandparents are indian but Fatima was raised in Sweden while Salim in England. This did not stopp them though of finding eachother and falling in love with eachother.

The result was a fabulous 4-days wedding with a great many guests arriving from England, Canada, USA and Dubai to name but a few, full of traditions and customs, colours, laughs and tears, and most of all, warmth, kindness and emotions!

I am not the proper one to talk about the customs and the traditions, as i am not from India neither muslim myself, and i do not dare to write anything afraid of mistakes and misunderstandings.

But i will DO write about the hospitality and the care that Fatima and Salim first of all, but also their families and furthermore their closest relatives (which were some hundrends maybe ? :-) ) took of us!

The last day everybody gathered at Fatima's grandfather's home, to have some lunch and meet the other relatives before everybody should start taking the way home, which means travelling to Arlanda airport and from there to the "4 corners of earth" ...
